RAKURS IS A WINNER OF “THE BEST 100 PRODUCTS OF RUSSIA” COMPETITION

Rakurs Group has again become a winner of All-Russia Competition “The Best 100 Products of Russia” Program having been realized since 1998 by Quality Problems Academy, State Standard of Russia and editorial board of Standards and Quality Magazine.

Projects oriented to social support of products and services quality and safety increasing at enterprises of various economic sectors including small and middle business have been realized within the bounds of the Program. 1629 enterprises representing 2551 products have taken part in the federal stage of “The Best 100 Products of Russia” Competition in 2012.

The Competition was conducted in two stages. At the regional stage held in July 2012 by Test-St. Petersburg Rakurs’ competition product – automated regulating and protecting system for steam turbine – gained 84 score. On the whole around 50 companies took part in the regional stage in St. Petersburg and Leningrad Region, 8 of them became winners, including Rakurs company.

Automated regulating and protecting system for steam turbine is successfully developing and up-dated product designed for support of main regulated turbine parameters in electric and heat load. The system measures main turbine parameters, analyses its condition and realizes control actions for regulation and protection. For the system’s designing and improving the company uses steam turbine model of its own designing.

Currently automated regulating and protecting system for steam turbine has been designing and manufacturing by Rakurs-engineering Ltd. (a part of Rakurs Group) acting in the territory of Neudorf Special Economic Zone and realizing the project “Designing and adoption of software and hardware complexes pilot production for objects of energy sector of Russia”.

Rakurs has all necessary licences, certificates and permissions for the system’s designing, manufacturing and start-up and adjustment. The system’s high quality has been confirmed by customers’ references and letters of thanks, exhibitions diplomas.
