Rakurs has shipped electric part of regulating and protecting system for Тп-65/75-12,8 turbine of Kirovskaya TPP-4.

Software and hardware complex (PTC) of electric part of regulating and protecting system has been designed on a base of software and hardware measuring complex Apogey, ТУ4252-003-27462912-04. The scope of work includes designing, packaging, manufacturing, delivery and adjustment.

Software and hardware complex of electric part of regulating and protecting system is designed for monitoring, control and protection of steam turbine in accordance with defined algorithms in both normal and emergency operating conditions, including initiation, turn, idle mode, synchronization, operation under load, load drop and emergency stop.

Electric part of regulating and protecting system is a three-level distributed control system based on programmable logic controllers and computer equipment:

· Upper level – operator’s work station performing functions of display and control facilities and server functions (on connecting to outer automated control system for data transfer by Ethernet network);

· Intermediate level – Omron duplicated controller series CJ2H;

· Lower level: Omron servodrives, CCD FMD

Electric part ofregulating and protecting system is a serial innovative product of Rakurs-engineering being a part of Rakurs Group and acting in the territory of Neudorf Special Economic Zone.

The innovation development and realization has resulted in consolidation with Rakurs’ old partner – Ural Turbine Works CJSC.

Having been in cooperation since 2006 Ural Turbine Plant and SPC Rakurs in 2011 signed an official cooperation Agreement.

The key purpose of the agreement is cooperation between the companies for joint promotion of products, works and services in the markets of Russia, CIS countries and abroad. The parties have agreed to develop and improve electric part ofregulating and protecting system for steam turbine installed by Rakurs at Ural Turbine Plant turbines.

By these days the following projects have been successfully realized – equipping with electric part ofregulating and protecting system turbines of: Minskaya TPP, Vasileostrovskaya TPP-7, Vyborgskaya TPP-17 (branch Nevskiy of TGK-1 OJSC), Tobolskaya TPP (TGK-10 branch), Krasnodarskaya TPP (TGK-8 branch), Ulan-Udenskaya TPP (TGK-14 branch), Novosibirskaya TPP and others.

Ural Turbine Works CJSC (www.utz.ru) being a part of RENOVA Group is one of the leading machine-building enterprises in Russia of energy equipment designing and manufacturing.

Currently Rakurs is a leader of the Russian market of industrial automation for hydro- and heat power engineering objects with its own innovations centre Rakurs-engineering.
