TRAINING STAND OF AUTOMATED CONTROL SYSTEM SOFTWARE AND HARDWARE COMPLEX

On August 22 SPC Rakurs shipped the training stand of automated control system software and hardware complex within the frames of Boguchanskaya HPP automation project.

The training stand has been designed for the following tasks of maintenance personnel training:

· Controllers and intelligent devices maintenance;

· Networking equipment maintenance;

· Computer equipment maintenance;

· Software and hardware complex equipment faults search and clearance;

· Corrective actions in controllers and visualization system software.

The training stand in package with simulator of hydro unit automated control software and hardware complex has been designed for operating personnel training in hydro unit modes control.

The training stand computer equipment includes the following: server, work station, engineering station (notebook computer) and embedded computer.

Rakurs specialists have been currently performing works on equipment adjustment at the site.

Within the frames of package supply of automated control system software and hardware complex for Boguchanskaya HPP SPC Rakurs has shipped the following equipment:

· Automated control system software and hardware complexes for nine hydro units containing:

· PTC of Francis turbine control;

· PTC for Francis turbine oil-pressure installation and auxiliary equipment control;

· PTC of hydro unit automated control;

· PTC of hydro unit measurement and alarm system;

· PTC of block transformers diagnostics system;

· PTC of hydro power plant house transformers diagnostics system – 4 pcs.;

· PTC of hydro power plant autotransformers diagnostics system – 2 pcs.
