Control systems adjustment at Sayano-Shushenskaya HPP

SPC Rakurs specialists have commissioned server of Sayano-Shushenskaya HPP hydro unit No. 7. During start-up and adjustment automated control systems of the hydro unit No. 7 have been integrated on Siemens PCS7 equipment and vibration diagnostics system manufactured by Bently Nevada has been integrated in Sayano-Shushenskaya HPP automated control system SCADA level manufactured by SPC Rakurs in the previous years.
In spite of the automated control system of hydro unit No. 7 designing on Siemens PCS7 automation equipment and the system Scada level designing on Wonderware Intouch a complete integration of automation equipment has been realized including transfer of all information (current and archival information, events log, unit control commands).
Today Scada level of Sayano-Shushenskaya HPP automated control system manufactured by SPC Rakurs has combined control systems of restored hydro units No. 4, 5, 6 (based on Omron automation equipment), hydro unit No. 3 (based on Metso equipment) as well as control systems for new units No. 1 and 7 (based on Seimens automation equipment).
The integrated Scada level of Sayano-Shushenskaya HPP automated control system provides operative staff with unified interface of all units control providing work with the same level of quality of dispatcher control under conditions of reconstruction works.
