Maintenance and supply of equipment for Solikamskaya thermal power plant automated control system

Under the contract of post-warranty service and check-up of control system and software equipment manufactured by SPC Rakurs for two turbo units of Solikamskaya TPP the works of check up as well as supply of new equipment for automated control system SCADA level have been performed. SPC Rakurs has manufactured two automated work places of an operator and server computer for the new supply.

New equipment supply, start-up and adjustment, old equipment replacement and check up of Solikamskaya TPP turbo units control systems within the bounds of post-warranty service have been performed strictly in agreed terms and at a high professional level.

SPC Rakurs control system has been designed for turbo unit equipment control, turbo unit mode of operation regulating as well as protection and locking realization. Turbo unit operation is controlled by a programmable controller in accordance with a system functioning algorithm effecting on executive devices.

Turbo unit operative control is realized from a programmable terminal linked up to control cabinet or from operator’s work station linked up to control cabinet (turbo units stations No. 4 and 5). Programmable terminal has been made in “touch-screen” technology and designed for information display and input by means of pseudo-touch keys displayed on terminal screen. Programmable terminal through RS232C interface is being connected to controller port.

Between control cabinets and operator work station there is exchange of information from analog and discreet sensors, information of heat engineering parameters condition.
