Complete electric drive for pump unit

Specialists of SPC Rakurs electro drive Department have designed and manufactured complete pump units control system under request of Energoprom CJSC, St. Petersburg, for TOO NOVA-Cink, city of Akzhal, Kazakhstan.

A new concept of control system designing for pump unit 250 kV has been applied in this project. The solution concept allows decreasing of cost, time of manufacturing and maintainability of such systems.

The essence of the concept is in using of electro drives with IP54 protection level and their location directly near executive devices. This will effect a saving of power cable cost and its assembly expenses. Control system being assembled in mounted cabinets installed in personnel area.
