On 16 November, 2011 SPC “Rakurs” specialists checked the upper level safety automation for three boiler units ДКВР-10/13 of boiler house No. 1, plant “Dvigatel”. Rakurs provides services on maintenance of control systems based on PTC “Apogey”, works of control systems maintenance are performed on regular basis.
The check up has demonstrated boiler units control systems working in the frames of preset parameters. The condition of automation equipment of safety and technological control devices provides maintaining of boiler equipment according to boiler inspection Rules. Protections operation corresponds to the project documentation and effective safety requirements of boiler inspection and safety rules in gas supply facility.
Settings of response, times of delays are contained in Register of technological protections responses. The results of protections response and alarm systems working have been fixed in the certificate of boiler units automation check up:
1. Audible alarm: response.
2. Light alarm: response.
3. Emergency stop: working.
4. Protection response when power supply stopping: AMAKS cutoff valves response immediately.
