Opening of the First Stage of Mini-Heat and Power Plant in Ust-Labinsk

Opening of the first stage of a mini-heat and power plant (4.44 MW) took place on December 20 in Ust-Labinsk, Krasnodar Territory. The plant consists of three gas reciprocating units of GE Jenbacher (Austria) production, 1,5 MW each one. The Plant was launched by the Head of the Department of Industry, Krasnodar Territory, Ivan Kuleshov who pressed the button. Aleksey Orlikhin (the Head of EuroSibEnergo-Kuban, the general contractor) and Andrey Schreiner, the Deputy Head of Ust-Labinsk district Administration for housing issues, visited the ceremony. The new plant supplies heat and energy to a number of the city industrial facilities. A meat processing facility and a gas-concrete factory are the first consumers.

Rakurs designed, delivered and commissioned SCADA level of the control system providing operational remote control, readings display and archiving of parameters of the mini-plant main and auxiliary equipment operation. “It’s an interesting project for our company and we are glad to take part in construction of the significant for the city and the territory facility and provide launch of all systems in time”, says Andrey Sushkov, the Director of Rakurs Engineering Department.
