Rakurs product at ‘The Best Innovative Project’ competition

SPC Rakurs will take part in ‘The Best Innovative Project and the Best Scientific and Technical Product of the Year’ competition with it’s project ‘The System of Primary and Secondary Regulation of Current Frequency for Hydro-Power Plants’ in the nomination ‘Automation of Production’. The competition will be held at ‘Saint-Petersburg Technical Fair 2011’ exhibition in Lenexpo from 15 March till 17 March of this year.
The system of primary and secondary regulation of current frequency for hydro-power plants is all-in-one complex solution for HPP power regulation.
The designer of the regulation system – Rakurs Engineering Ltd – is a part of Rakurs Group and a resident of the special economic zone Neudorf in Saint-Petersburg.
The main activities of Rakurs Engineering Ltd include the following:
· Carrying out of research and development works;
· Creation of strategy for continuous improvement of products and services;
· Creation of object-oriented program-technical complexes (PTC);
· Unification of software and engineering solutions used in creation of control systems.
Information about the company and the project will be presented on the stand of the ‘Special Economic Zones’ branch in Saint-Petersburg.
