TPP AUTOMATED OPERATIVE-DISPATCH CONTROL SYSTEM IN UST-ILIMSK

Automated operative-dispatch control system for Ilim Group OJSC thermal power plant in Ust-Ilimsk has been commissioned with the participation of SPC Rakurs project team.

Automated operative-dispatch control system’s designing purpose has been an increase of operative production control efficiency due to improvement of the system’s key characteristics such as: 

· Functional possibilities increase;

· Increase of volume, quality and efficiency of information obtaining;

· Improvement of information presentation in schemes, tables, charts;

· Increase of the systems users;

· Replacement of depreciated equipment and outdated software.

Automated operative-dispatch control system currently solves all necessary tasks for various TPP workshops.

The system creates commands basing on information obtained from relevant devices-recorders, КМ-1 boiler automated control system and programmable controller as well as on information obtained from Prokont automated control system.
