Automated control system for boiler unit of Parnas-4 boiler house has been shipped

SPC “Rakurs” Ltd. has manufactured and shipped an automated control system for technological process for boiler unit No. 3 (steam boiler E-50-14-250ГМ) of Parnas-4 boiler house (GUP TEK, St. Petersburg). Automated control system equipment has been tested according to the testing program and checked up for completeness and functionality. Resulting from the testing the equipment has been recognized as fit for delivering to Parnas-4 boiler house.

Automated control system for technological process of the boiler unit is based on all-in-one program-technical complex (PTC) Apogey ТУ4252-003-27462912-04 with the use of Siemens software and hardware platform Simatic PCS7.

Boiler unit automated control system is designed as all-in-one functionally completed complex providing technical, algorithm, information, software and other types of support. Program-technical complex is a two level control system:

· The main functions of the upper level are displaying of information, technological process remote control, system remote setup, logging, archiving, calculations, etc.

· The main functions of the lower level are input signals collecting and preprocessing, automated control, regulation, process protections and interlocks.
