SPC Rakurs Ltd. has shipped the equipment of automated control system for turbo-unit No.3 of Arkhangelsk PPM thermal power plant-1.
Manufacturing and delivering of automated control system is one of the stages of the contract on modernization of upper level of the system for turbo-unit No.3 of Arkhangelsk PPM thermal power plant-1. The project works include software designing, completing and manufacturing of automated control system, installation supervision, start-up and adjustment, commissioning.
Automated control system for turbo-unit No.3 is based on Siemens STEP 7 system. The centre of the automated control system structure is project composed basic software and hardware complex Apogey based on SIMATIC S7-400 complex automation hardware (Siemens).
The main functions of the automated control system include the following:
· Control of turbo-unit No.3 of thermal power plant-1;
· Turbo-unit technological protection;
· Remote control and vizualisation of technological process;
· Current archiving.
Installation supervision and start-up and adjustment will be carried out by SPC Rakurs’ specialists after all necessary preparing works by the customer at the site.
SPC Rakurs Ltd. has been in cooperation with Arkhangelsk PPM for more than 10 years realizing many projects during this period.
