SPC Rakurs Ltd. has shipped the automated control system for technological process for Gusinoozersk SDPP power unit

SPC Rakurs Ltd. specialists have manufactured the equipment of software and hardware complex of automated control system for technological process for Gusinoozersk SDPP (OJSC “OGK-3”) power unit No. 4 with capacity of 210 MW. The software and hardware complex of automated control system has been tested in accordance with the program and methods of Р82.2009.000 PM1 prior supply testing and accepted by the acceptance committee for shipment to the Customer.

The centre of the software and hardware complex of automated control system structure is project composed basic software and hardware complex Apogey based on MetsoDNA CR complex automation hardware (Metso Automation).

The foundation of the software and hardware complex construction is multiuser distributed control system having two levels of control. Control tasks are executed by functional units in metsoACN PCS. PCS metsoACN RT controller is designed in 19-inch 2U casing.

MetsoACN RT model is the most powerful model of controllers in the line of metsoDNA CR system controllers.

The automation object, Gusinoozersk SDPP (OJSC “OGK-3”) power unit No. 4, has a traditional construction including the following main equipment specified by the project:

- Coal-fires boiler БКЗ-640-140-ПТ1;

- Steam turbine К-210-130-3;

“hybrid” generator containing: existing stator АСТГ-200-2У3 manufactured by NPO Electrotyazhmash; new rotor of up-dated turbo generator ТГВ-235-2МУ3.
