Modernization of the papermachine on "Paper-mill "Communar" is finished

SPC "Rakurs" accomplished the developing of the equipment with the pre-installed software for modernization of papermachine BDM10, the installation supervision and start-up and adjustment works for Open Society "Paper mill "Communar" in the Leningrad region.

Because of frequent failures of the out-of-date equipment on the Paper mill "Communar" the existing computers working under operating system Windows NT were replaced by modern operators touch panels NS12 made by "OMRON". Also controllers "OMRON" of previous series С200Н were replaced by newer CS1G.

SPC "Rakurs" developed software for 2 terminals. It completely replaced software for 2 computers with installed CitectSCADA system. There was created software for the additional terminal located in the control room.

Because of CPU replacement and addition of new Ethernet, CLK modules there have been made changes and in the program of controllers of path Steam and Aproach.

Instead of connection between controllers and terminals by RS-232 protocol there was used Ethernet protocol. For connection support between other controllers there is used CLK protocol.

During papermachine start-up there was made check on correctness of reception in controllers, display to terminals of analog and discrete signals and work of PID-regulators.

Terminals provide performance of the following functions:

• Display to video records (mimic diagrams, tables etc.) a current condition of technological process.
• Remote control of mechanisms.
• Regulators sensors control.
• Shift of regulators from automatic mode in remote control mode by regulating body and back.
• Current precautionary and alarm system.
• Giving the archival information for analysis of the process equipment work.
• Viewing in the form of schedules of the archived and registered information from regulators.
