Control System for thermal power plant of "Ammofos" company

SPC "Rakurs" accomplished the works on producing and supplying the customer the control system of boiler unit for thermal power plant of "Ammofos".

The control system is fulfilled on the basis of hardware and software complex "Apogey" with application of industrial controllers and other computer equipment.

Information interchange between the power cases and a control case is done on CompoBus/S network of "OMRON" company.

As the main controllers there are used CS-series of "OMRON" company with processors CS1H-CPU65H and terminal NT631-ST151-EV1 of "OMRON" company.

For getting information about the parameters there is used the data gathering system (CCD) of SPC "Rakurs" producing.

For operative control there was included an operator station placed on the operator's console as a part of the whole control system.

The operator station provides the following functions:

• display on video records (mimic panels, tables etc.) the current condition of technological process;
• remote control of mechanisms;
• regulator sensors control;
• shift of regulators from an automatic mode to the remote control mode by regulating body and back;
• current warning and alarm system;
• giving the archival information for the analysis of the process equipment work;
• calculations and recording;
• viewing of the archived and registered information;
• viewing of designed variables;
• preparation of the information for recording in the set forms and printing.

For the cases there is used construct of Rittal producing.
