Rakurs Ltd proved the requirements of international standard

Rakurs Ltd has been inspected successfully in Quality Management System’s (QMS) requirements at ISO 9001:2008 standard document.

According to the inspection audit plan in compliance with QMS documents and ISO 9001 standard, the inspection was arranged two company’s platforms – at “SPC Rakurs” and at the innovation department “Rakurs-Engineering”. As the result, the authority in Quality Management System certification noted the dynamic of changes which takes part in the company and their reflection QMS documents.

Company’s management defines the main changes during the last year. They are the introduction and the development of CAD systems, strengthening of internal communication within the company and external relations with the specialized agencies, introduction of product groups in the structure of "Rakurs-engineering", also the launching of modern infrastructure on SPC platform including the production and development of automation control systems Special economic zone in Saint-Petersburg.

Compliance with QMS requirements is checked annually during the inspection audits. They are obligatory for the prolongation of issued certificates.

The areas of “Rakurs Company” activity which are to be checked:

- design, development, production, start up-and-adjustment of automation systems;

- organization of research and development, elaboration and introduction of hardware and software complex for power facilities;

- design, development, production of electronic components for automation;

- electronic components supply for automation;

- maintain and service of the drive equipment;

- training courses for staff.

The main tasks of QMS in “Rakurs Company” are a complete customers’ satisfaction with the quality of production and service, the production improvement business process efficiency.
