RAKURS GROUP IS BROADENING OEM-CLIENTS POOL IN SUPPLIES OF PTC OF ELECTRIC PART OF REGULATING AND PROTECTING SYSTEM.

In August software and hardware complex of electric part of regulating system for К-1,1-1,6 steam turbine installation has been shipped to a new OEM-customer – Comtec-Energoservice.

Electric part ofregulating and protecting system is a serial innovative product of Rakurs-engineering being a part of Rakurs Group and acting in the territory of Neudorf Special Economic Zone.

Designing and realization of such a product resulted not only in consolidation of relationships with Rakurs old partners but in establishing of new agreements with leading enterprises of energy engineering industry, in this case with Comtec-Energoservice.

The key purpose of the agreement is creation of regulating and protecting system with competitive advantages in comparison with its analogs, small energy sector development and promotion at the markets of the Russian Federation, CIS countries and abroad. The parties have agreed to develop and improve electrohydraullicregulating and protecting system for steam turbines installed by Rakurs at Comtec-Energoservice Ltd.ssian Federation, CIS countries and abroadtallation regulating system.

Rakurs Group approach to its projects realization differs with high level of responsibility, a special model of steam-turbine installation has been designed on a base of Rakurs-engineering innovations centre for safe and effective project realization.

PTC consists of two levels:

1. Upper level including the following PTC items:

· Operator’s automated work place;

· Engineer’s automated work place;

· Network commutator providing connection of PTC devices to Ethernet network;

· Router providing routing on connection to the Internet for remote authorized access to PTC;

· Color network printer.

2. Lower level consists of control cabinet of electric part of regulating system realizing automated control of main and auxiliary equipment and providing data exchange with PTC upper level.

Since 1992 Comtec-Energoservice has been actively operating in the sphere of energy engineering industry. The company has its own manufacturing facilities, experienced engineers, constructors and technical personnel, the company’s patent products have been installed on tens of power plants in Russia and abroad.
