A boiler unit control system has been shipped by SPC “Rakurs” to the Heat Station No.7, a branch of “Ilim group” in Koryazhma

SPC “Rakurs” Ltd. has shipped a boiler unit БКЗ 210-140Ф control system to the Heat Station No.7, a branch of “Ilim Group” OJSC in Koryazhma.

SPC “Rakurs” has been performing works on gas supply channel reconstruction and boiler unit control system replacement for Ilim Group’s branch in Koryazhma.

The purpose of the control system modernization is increasing of boiler unit reliable operation, improving of preset parameters quality regulation, optimization of boiler unit modes of operation, decrease of control system maintenance expenses.

The shipped control system equipment contains 7 control cabinets, 6 burner firing cabinets, 18 power cabinets, 2 automatic transfer switch cabinets, boiler’s engineer work station of operative control and a set of control system software.

In the fourth quarter of 2011 it’s planned to supply the second equipment set containing variable valves, executive devices, sensors, cable products, etc.

Assembling works are planned for the fourth quarter of 2011, start-up and adjustment is planned for the first quarter of 2012.

Cooperation of SPC “Rakurs” and Ilim Group’s branch in Koryazhma (Kotlassky PPM) has been lasted since 2002. A great number of joint projects has been realized during this period including creation of automated control systems for 10 boiler units of Heat Station No.1, raw water pump control system for the station turbine house, automated water control system ФОС-2 for water treatment shop, as well as automated operative-dispatch control system of paper shop and cardboard and paper production.
