Turbogenerator monitoring and control system for Urengoyskaya Power Plant

SPC Rakurs has completed all works on the project of creation of software and hardware complex of turbogenerator monitoring and control system (STK-ER) for Urengoyskaya Power Plant.
STK-ER is designed for continuous automated control of turbogenerator technological parameters, generation of electronic and hardcopy reports for process engineers, alarming in case of parameter deviations.
The nucleus of the system is the cabinet, which include programmable logic controller and fulfill functions of operating control station by panel computer on the front panel.
The cabinet is equipped with filtering ventilator on the door and ventipane on cover to support required temperature inside. The cabinet door is equipped with folding shelf for clipboard and mouse to provide ease of setting-up and service. To provide no-break power it’s used the scheme with automatic change-over between two inputs of 220W, UPS Pinnacle and power source Mean Well.
