Automated operative-dispatch control system (MES-system) for cellulose production.

Automated operative-dispatch control system (MES-system) for cellulose production of JSC “Group Ilim”s branch in Ust-Ilimsk was commissioned on the 30^th March.

All works have been performed in accordance with the approved technical solutions, used algorithms and a working draft of the MES-system modernization’s first stage.

The project’s aims are the following:

• Modernization of the existing MES-system of the productions complex ;
• improving of the system’s technical parameters ;
• increasing of the system’s information capacity resulted in increasing of tasks to be solved and information services at all control levels;
• automate the collection, processing and transfer of data to the automated enterprise control system Prokont;
• Increasing the efficiency of production operational control on the base of MES-system.
