Software and hardware complexes STK-ER-M for turbogenerator monitoring have been successfully put into operation by specialists of Rakurs Company at Chelyabinsk Power Plant No.3.

Scope of works to produce this serial product STK-ER-M included design, manufacturing, approval against Power Machines standards and installation onto the site.

STK-ER-M is designed for constant automated control of turbogenerator technological parameters, generation of electronic and hardcopy reports for process engineers, alarming in case of parameter deviations.

STK-ER-M controller functions include the following:

· Periodic polling of all operational and technological parameters of generator (poll interval is no more than 2 sec), checking against alarm thresholds;

· Raising of sound and visual alarms when alarm thresholds are offended. Parameter number, current timestamp and value of an abnormal parameter are automatically registered and displayed;

· Periodic polling of digital signals;

· Automatic and real-time registration of parameter states in case of alarm in a nonvolatile memory;

· Display of certain measurements or group of measurements on demand of operator and/or according to a specified time schedule;

· Constant monitoring of main units with registration and alarming in case of failures.

Software and hardware complex STK-ER was awarded with the following prizes: “100 Russia’s best products, 2010” and “Made in Saint-Petersburg, 2009”.
