Opening of Business centre in special economic zone "Noidorf"

On July, 20th, 2010 there took place a ceremonial opening of a business centre on the "Noidorf" site of a special economic zone in St.-Petersburg with participation of residents among which there was presented company "Rakurs-Engineering", increasing innovative activity in Group of companies of SPC "Rakurs".

The Minister of economic development E.Nabiullina, the deputy Minister of economic development O.Savelyev, the Governor of St.-Petersburg V.Matvienko, diplomatic representatives of several countries, representatives of associations and development institutes and investors took part in the ceremonial opening.

For participants of the event there was presented the exposition devoted to special economic zone of techno-innovative type of St.-Petersburg and pharmaceutical cluster of St.-Petersburg where the residents presented their companies. General director of SPC "Rakurs" Chernigov L. told the visitors about evolvement of the project on developing of pilot production of hardware and software complexes for objects of power branch of Russia, creating of hardware and software complexes of system of primary and secondary current frequency regulation for hydropower plants. "Rakurs-Engineering" plans to create scientific and technical production brought to industrial application, several control systems:

• hydromechanical column of hydroelectric unit;
• panels of electrical facilities of electrohydraulic governor of hydroelectric unit;
• panels of electrical facilities group governor of active and reactive power for hydroelectric unit of HPP;
• subsystems of rational control of units structure;
• turbo- and hydrogenerator control system;
• electric part of regulating and protecting system for steam turbine.

The1 hectare ground area was rented for conducting so scale business on the territory of techno-innovative zone. In this area there will be built an office and an adjoining territory necessary for normal functioning. Research and development department and producing and general economic divisions will be located here. The building total area will be 11 000 sq. m.

Company "Rakurs-Engineering" was found by the scientific production company "RAKURS" in 2007 with a view of the further perfection of innovative activity of the company.
